Aaaaaand more to come!! Finally someone with shoes again! 
Sam is the tough guy here, and he had to look like one!!
The only thing about his inspiration is, as Marcus told me, that I tried to get a haircut similar to Kyo Kusanagi from King of Fighters, and a bandana. The rest more or less came after the idea of a brawler and a badass, and I like how his silhouette goes from light colors to black in the extremes, and from shirtless to baggy clothes.
Oh, and he also had to have missing teeth (where his nickname comes from). That was kinda messy because he had a high risk of passing from cool to ridiculous, but in the end, I think it went OK.
Also, he was the first character in SON that I designed entirely fromscratch, that's why I have a soft spot for him.
