Final set of characters fon Sons of Nowhere once :icontherazorkid: threatened me repeatedly for forgetting to post the rest...

Dr. Elias Israfel is that kind of "doctor with a hippy groove" that we all loveto see... He's more or less inspired in our beloved David Tennant, the rest more or less came along in the first sketch of him :D
